*The SX50 has an internal IR led monitor that may cloud the images after conversion in low light or slow shutter speeds. The SX60 may also have this issue but we have not been able to verify yet.

A note about model names:

Canon cameras usually come with three names for each model depending on where the camera was released: Powershot, Digital Ixus, and Ixy Digital. Listed above is only the American model version, you can check here to see how your model number translates.

Warranty

All of our conversions 100% warrantied. Conversions on mail-in cameras come with a 30 day warranty. Our already converted cameras come with a 1 year warranty.

Processing Time

Our turnaround time for converting cameras is 1-2 weeks on average for most models. When ordering our already converted cameras, keep in mind that they are made to order and please allow 2 weeks for them to ship out to you. Plan for trips an assignments accordingly!

When you place an order for a conversion and select the prepaid mailer option, we’ll send you a sealed box with everything you need already inside. The mailer should arrive to your door in 2-4 days.
