You further understand that cameras we offer as Infrared, Ultraviolet, or Full Spectrum have been modified by us and have all manufacturer warranties voided.
For purchases of conversion services:
By ordering a camera conversion service you agree to have your camera converted to infrared, ultroviolet, full spectrum, or other custom conversion by removing the original hot mirror filter and replacing it with a custom filter. Kolari Vision L.L.C. will not issue refunds for conversion services.
For purchases of converted cameras:
The cameras we sell are modified by Kolari Vision L.L.C. and the brands we mention only describe the original camera that we perform a modification on. By ordering a converted camera you agree to have us convert a camera to infrared, ultroviolet, full spectrum, or other custom conversion by removing the original hot mirror filter and replacing it with a custom filter. You understand that this conversion will void any camera warranty. Each camera and filter combination is unique; we make no guarantees on camera performance once converted. For purchases of internal filters or do it yourself equipment:
You understand that tampering with your camera will void your manufacturer’s warranty. If you decide to open your camera, you could damage your camera or be severely injured from the high voltage present. Any actions you decide to perform on your camera you attempt at your own risk and your own choice, with no recommendation from us. Kolari Vision L.L.C. is not responsible for damage you may cause to your camera, any injury you may inflict on yourself or others, or any consequential damages. DIY filters may be returned for a store credit minus original shipping within thirty (30) days as they are in mint condition.
Service and Shipping Time Frames:
Any time frames that we provide, including shipping time, turnaround time, and processing times, are only estimates and are subject to availability. We make no guarantees on service time or shipping times. Our shipping time does not include order processing time. For example, FedEx 2nd Day Shipping only refers to the amount of time that it will take for the package to be delivered once the package has been handed to the courier. This does not include our order processing time, which usually takes about 2–3 days.
We will make an effort to package cameras safely for shipping. We are not responsible for cameras that are lost or damaged during transit unless you order shipping insurance during checkout. When packages are insured, we reserve the right to insure the package through the shipment carrier, through a third party, or internally, at our discretion. For the safety of your camera, all of our camera shipments are sent out with signature confirmation required.
International Orders & Shipping:
By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to be responsible for all duties, import taxes, and fees that may be charged by your respective local customs office. If you refuse your package due to import taxes, we will refund your order once we receive it, minus all shipping costs involved, including the return shipping back to us.
Some locations may be subject to a remote area surcharge via FedEx Express. Our checkout system will not automatically calculate this surcharge. Please check the following link if your city/zip code is considered a remote area: https://www.fedex.com/content/dam/fedex/us-united-states/services/Zipcodes_OPA_ODA.pdf
If you place an order and your city/zip code is on this list, we’ll reach out to you via email to collect the surcharge.
We legally can not declare lower values for customs and duties. We ship all of our international orders from the United States.
You may also be subject to a brokerage charge when you choose FedEx, UPS, or DHL shipping options.

This fee is non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstance, including order refunds, item returns, exchanges, store credits, warranty services, or any other circumstance where payments are refunded to the customer. We are able to waive this fee if the cancellation is refunded as a store credit or exchange.
Kolari Return Policy
60-Day Hassle-free Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Kolari accepts returns on most products within 60 days of purchase. We can either provide exchanges in the form of store credit, which can be used sitewide, or we can issue full refunds via the method you originally used for payment. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in new, mint condition, including all original, undamaged packaging materials and accessories. Items that are damaged, dirty, dented, scratched, or missing major components may be denied for return. Kolari is not responsible for personal data or items left inside of returned merchandise.
All returns must be pre-approved by Kolari before items are sent back. To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and reason for return. Once the return has been approved, you will receive an RMA/packing slip that must be included in the return shipment. Unless the incorrect product was received or your product arrived damaged or defective, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Kolari strongly recommends purchasing tracking and insurance when sending items. Kolari will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in the mail.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges to send the product back to Kolari. Kolari cannot provide return labels at this time.
If any condition of the return policy listed above is not met, Kolari reserves the right to reject the return entirely or impose a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the item, not including shipping. If a returned item is unopened or appears to be in brand-new condition, including packaging and accessories, the restocking fee will be waived.
