We are now excited to bring infrared capabilities to the DJI Mavic 3 drone series cameras!

Here we will provide a brand new Mavic 3 Classic drone (non-cine) with the camera converted to full-spectrum.

While we are actively developing our own IR filters for the Mavic 3 series drones, these are not yet available. In the meantime, we are able to create custom filters for this drone model’s camera sensor on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out directly to our customer service team for custom filter requests. At this time, we have not determined if we will bring these conversions to the Mavic 3 enterprise series.

Corner Sharpness Loss Warning: During these conversions we do everything we can to optimize the final image quality and to avoid corner sharpness loss. Typically end results will match original performance at the widest aperture, however, if some sharpness loss is present; shooting at narrower apertures should bring corner sharpness performance back in line with an unmodified sensor.

Warranty

All of our conversions and converted or modified cameras come with a 1 year warranty for post-conversion malfunctions and electronic issues related to the conversion service.

This warranty does not include wear and tear repairs such as, but not limited to; shutter failure. Warranty does not cover user-caused damage, or other issues unrelated to our conversion services or camera modifications.

For more comprehensive coverage we highly recommend our Extend warranty, which also covers accidental damage.

Processing Time

Our standard turnaround time for camera conversions is 2 weeks on average for most models. This is only an estimate and not a guarantee. Our standard turnaround time may occasionally exceed 2 weeks during our busy season (April-August) or take less than 2 weeks in our off-season (September-March).

We also offer 5-day and 1-2 day rush processing options on our camera conversions for an additional fee. Our rush services allow us to coordinate the logistics of your conversion ahead of time to meet your deadlines to the best of our ability. Our rush processing time does not include shipping times.

We do our best to accommodate each and every one of our customers year-round.

If ordering one of our pre-converted cameras, keep in mind that they are made to order and are not eligible for rush processing. Please allow at least 2 weeks before your camera ships out to you. Plan for trips and assignments accordingly!

Any time frames that we provide, including shipping time, turnaround time, and rush processing times, are only estimates and are subject to availability. We make no guarantees on service time or shipping times.

International Orders

Do you accept international orders?

Absolutely! For accurate shipping costs, please enter your complete shipping address during the checkout process. Some locations may be subject to a remote area surcharge via FedEx Express. If you place an order and your city/zip code is on this list, we’ll reach out to you via email to collect the surcharge.

**Backordered Items: Please note that international orders that include backordered items will be held, and shipped together, when all items are in stock! If you need in-stock items to ship prior to this time we can do this upon your request, however, shipment of the remaining items will incur additional shipping fees. Please reach out to our customer service team if partial shipping is required.
