Any actions you decide to perform on your camera you attempt at your own risk and your own choice, with no recommendation from us. Kolari Vision L.L.C. is not responsible for damage you may cause to your camera, any injury you may inflict on yourself or others, or any consequential damages. DIY filters may be returned for a store credit minus original shipping within thirty (30) days as they are in mint condition.
Service and Shipping Time Frames:
Any time frames that we provide, including shipping time, turnaround time, and processing times, are only estimates and are subject to availability. We make no guarantees on service time or shipping times. Our shipping time does not include order processing time. For example, FedEx 2nd Day Shipping only refers to the amount of time that it will take for the package to be delivered once the package has been handed to the courier. This does not include our order processing time, which usually takes about 2–3 days.
Return shipping:
We will make an effort to package cameras safely for shipping. We are not responsible for cameras that are lost or damaged during transit unless you order shipping insurance during checkout. When packages are insured, we reserve the right to insure the package through the shipment carrier, through a third party, or internally, at our discretion. For the safety of your camera, all of our camera shipments are sent out with signature confirmation required.
International Orders & Shipping:
By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to be responsible for all duties, import taxes, and fees that may be charged by your respective local customs office. If you refuse your package due to import taxes, we will refund your order once we receive it, minus all shipping costs involved, including the return shipping back to us.

60-Day Hassle-free Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Kolari accepts returns on most products within 60 days of purchase. We can either provide exchanges in the form of store credit, which can be used sitewide, or we can issue full refunds via the method you originally used for payment. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in new, mint condition, including all original, undamaged packaging materials and accessories.
