Description

Brand new camera with original accessories, has been taken out of the box to convert to full-spectrum.

Camera is in Brand New condition. Accessories still in original plastic. This camera is covered by our 1-year warranty!

The Nikon Z5 features live view and an electronic viewfinder, two indispensable features for focusing and composing directly in infrared.

NOTE: Dust reduction systems are disabled after conversion.

White Balance Considerations: The Nikon ZR will set a white balance on the 720, 780nm, 850nm, Hot Mirror, and IR Chrome filters only. It will not set a custom white balance on infrared filters with the 470nm, 500nm, 550nm, 590nm, and 665nm filters. However this can be corrected in post with a custom white balance profile.

IR Light Leak: The Nikon ZR an internal diagnostic IR Led. This can cause light leaks when using very long exposures and high ISOs in the H-alpha and IR enabled conversions, in the range of 30 second exposures at 6,400 ISO. This issue can be avoided when using silent shutter mode.

Cameras are made to order, allow up to two weeks for order shipment.

Package contents include:

  • Nikon ZR Digital Camera (converted)
  • Battery and Charger
  • Original Nikon Accessories

Some delivery addresses are classified by DHL as remote areas. These are locations that are farther away from major cities or standard delivery routes, such as rural towns, islands, or hard-to-reach regions.

Because of the extra time and cost required to deliver there, DHL applies a Remote Area Surcharge (RAS).

With our shipping calculator, these surcharges are now shown before you place your order.

If your address is flagged as a remote area, we recommend checking whether you have an alternative address (such as a workplace or a friend/family member’s address) that is not on DHL’s remote area list. This can help you avoid the surcharge.

You can verify whether an address is in a remote area by checking DHL’s current list of postal codes:
