Grand Canyon in Infrared

This is a faux (false) color infrared (IR) photograph of Yaki Point in the Grand Canyon taken from the South Rim near Mather Point. I took this photograph two weeks after I took delivery of my first infrared camera and is one of the first Infrared photos I have ever taken. I did not flip the red and blue channels because I liked the arid apocalyptic feel of the image.
