Dance or Die

Artistic portrait of Ahmad Joudeh, a Syrian-Palestinian and Dutch ballet dancer and a choreographer. Born and raised as a stateless refugee in Syria, he moved to the Netherlands with help of the Dutch National Ballet Company in 2016. “Dance or Die” is tattooed in the back of his neck in his native language.
