White Township NJ Cemetery

It was a warm day with some light wind. I live in White Township and this cemetery is less than a mile away. So I decided to go and take some pictures. This picture was taken at ISO 200, 23 mm, f/8, 30 S.
Hainesburg NJ Cemetery

This is an old cemetery in northern NJ. Many of the stones are broken; many are illegible. It is well maintained. The grass is cut regularly. It was a nice day; not too windy. Lens EFS 18-55mm, ISO 200, 23mm f/8 30s.

A first try at colorizing an IR picture. This is a very small pond on an old Historical Farmstead site. The grass and the trees provide a nice backdrop. The sky completes the picture.

Wave Pool Reflection

After a long, tedious hike out to the Wave in Coyote Buttes in the Paria Wilderness, I found water filling this depression in the sandstone. Setting up quickly and grabbing just three frames before the breeze arrived, obliterating the reflection for the rest of the entire day.

Mount Rainier Fog

Mount Rainier can often be obscured in fog, especially at dawn. If there is a small break in the fog, the summit of towering Mount Rainier might poke through, but usually just for a moment. A lesson in patience.
