This was an epic trek from Liverpool and back, just over 10 hours of driving! Essentially I had a couple of days off, summer twilight was closing in, most of the UK was under cloud, except, Galloway Forest Park!

I arrived after nightfall and essentially cracked on! I was hoping to scope out the loch during morning twilight, but just ended up being too tired and wanting to get home!
