Our Kolari Magnetic Clip-in Filters for Sony APS-C (Astro) provide several filter options to help enhance your Astrophotography images.
Crafted with the premium optical glass we’re known for, our Kolari Magnetic Clip-in Filters for Sony APS-C are finished with advanced anti-reflective and anti-smudge hard coatings to boost light transmission and reduce flares and ghosting. These multi-coated filters are also hydrophobic, dust-resistant, and scratch-resistant, making them easy to clean and built to withstand the demands of any shooting environment.
Each filter is housed in a precision CNC-machined aluminum magnetic frame designed for Sony APS-C cameras. This rear-mounted solution works seamlessly with lenses that lack front filter threads and can also be paired with external lens filters, allowing for flexible, multi-layered filtration setups.
The Nebula Booster NBZ-II is a specialized filter designed to enhance deep-sky imaging. With a 10nm H-alpha narrowband and an 8nm OIII narrowband, this filter provides superior contrast and detail for capturing nebulae and galaxies.
Unlike competitive 7nm or narrower filters that lose significant transmittance in fast optical systems (around F2), the NBZ-II maintains 80% or more transmittance under the same conditions.
Our Kolari Vision Pro UV/IR Cut Filter (H-Alpha Pass) helps prevent color casts and unwanted IR leaks for CMOS and CCD in situations where the original UV/IR still lets some IR light pass. This filter has a similar transmission to our UV/IR Cut Hot Mirror Filter, but with an expanded spectral response covering the H-alpha and sulfur II emission lines making it also useful for Astrophotography when used with a Full-Spectrum converted camera.
Compatible with: Sony A3000, Sony A6000, Sony A6100, Sony A6300, Sony A6400, Sony A6500, Sony A6600, Sony A6700, Sony FX30, and the Sony ZV-E10 II.
Our filters are not compatible with the NEX series.
Some delivery addresses are classified by DHL as remote areas. These are locations that are farther away from major cities or standard delivery routes, such as rural towns, islands, or hard-to-reach regions.
Because of the extra time and cost required to deliver there, DHL applies a Remote Area Surcharge (RAS).
With our shipping calculator, these surcharges are now shown before you place your order.
If your address is flagged as a remote area, we recommend checking whether you have an alternative address (such as a workplace or a friend/family member’s address) that is not on DHL’s remote area list. This can help you avoid the surcharge.
You can verify whether an address is in a remote area by checking DHL’s current list of postal codes:
