Our turn around time on conversions is about 3-15 days.

Shipping instructions if you purchased a conversion:

Step 1:

Print and fill out our order form and include it with your camera. The order form is electronically fillable or can be filled in by hand. Also please print and include your order confirmation email.

Step 2:

Package the camera securely with plenty of packaging material. We recommend bubble wrap, items can settle to the bottom with packing peanuts or large airbags.

Also include the camera, your order confirmation email, and an order form (the order form is electronically fillable). Please DO NOT include a battery, battery grip, original box, neck strap, cables, memory cards, other accessories. These add unnecessary shipping weight and can be lost. If included, accessories will not be returned or may be subject to a shipping surcharge.

Medium format cameras must be sent with a lens for proper focus calibration! Please send a lens with your camera for this service!

Step 3:

Mail the camera.

Make sure to purchase at least tracking with your package. We are not responsible if the camera does not arrive to us safely, we also strongly recommend purchasing signature confirmation. International customers, please declare items as being sent for repair so that they do not get charged duty on the full price of your camera. You may still be responsible for paying duties on the conversion service itself. If you use UPS or Fedex, it may come with brokerage charges for the delivery. You are liable for any fees assessed on the package if it is improperly declared.
